Villa Revolla House Manual

Villa Revolla is a private villa available for exclusive rental. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, please read this manual carefully.

About the Property

・Villa Revolla is a fully private rental property without resident staff.
・Upon check-in, our staff will welcome you, provide a brief orientation, and hand over the keys.
・At check-out, staff will also meet you in person.
・For early departures or cases where scheduling with staff is difficult, self check-out is available upon request. Please contact us in advance.

1. Use of the Property

・Guests may use all areas of the villa except for storage spaces.
・Only registered and fully paid guests may enter the premises. Unauthorized entry will result in additional charges.
・Pets are not permitted.
・Please refrain from loud voices or noise outdoors after 9:00 p.m.
・At night, avoid loud music and parties, and spend your time quietly indoors.
・Do not touch any displayed artwork or collectibles within the villa.

2. Prohibited & Restricted Activities

The following are strictly prohibited. If violations occur, you may be charged for damages or additional cleaning fees.
・Hair dyeing or bleaching in the bathtub or sink
・Failure to report broken items
・Eating on the beds
・Removing or taking any furnishings, equipment, or amenities
・Leaving the television on at check-out

Please also note:
・The flooring is made of natural wood. Please wipe up any spilled liquids immediately.

3. Smoking Policy

・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
・Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.

4. After Visiting the Beach

・Please brush off all sand before entering the villa.
・Do not wash sandy swimsuits or clothing in the washing machine (as this may cause clogging or damage).
・If the villa becomes excessively dirty and requires professional cleaning, the cost will be charged to guests.

5. Fireworks

・Handheld fireworks may be used only in designated areas.
・Skyrockets, large fireworks, or any with loud noise are strictly prohibited.

6. Kitchen Facilities

・Seasonings provided (subject to availability): salt, pepper, soy sauce, salad oil, olive oil, sesame oil.
・Rice is not provided. Please bring your own if needed.
・Available cookware: microwave, rice cooker, frying pan, small pot, bowls, colander, knives, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
・Tableware: chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, rice bowls.
・After use, please wash all items and return them to their original place.

7. Facilities & Maintenance

・Facilities are maintained regularly, but damages or malfunctions may occur due to natural causes.
・Issues discovered on the day of stay may not be repairable immediately.
・Alternative equipment is not available, and refunds or claims cannot be accepted.

8. Waste Disposal

・Please separate garbage into burnable waste, glass bottles, cans, and PET bottles.
・Empty and rinse bottles, cans, and PET bottles lightly before placing them in the designated area.

9. Natural Environment & Insects

・The villa is surrounded by nature, and insects or small animals (such as mosquitoes, sand bugs, spiders, etc.) may enter.
・We are unable to provide extermination services or respond to complaints regarding this.

10. Complimentary Shuttle Service

・We provide transfers between Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport or JR Kanaya Station (up to 7 guests).
・Please inform us of your flight number and arrival time in advance.

11. Damages & Liability

・Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage or soiling of furniture, equipment, or the building.
・If non-staying guests use the facilities, an additional charge equivalent to the accommodation rate will be applied.

12. Emergency Procedures

・In case of fire, injury, or other emergencies, please contact staff immediately.
・Evacuation routes and emergency contacts are posted inside the villa.
