Terms and Conditions of Stay

These Terms and Conditions set forth the contractual provisions between Villa Revolla (hereinafter referred to as “the Property”) and guests (hereinafter referred to as “Guests”). By making a reservation and/or staying at the Property, Guests are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations & Applications

・Reservations will be accepted only through the methods designated by the Property.
・A reservation is considered complete once confirmation has been issued by the Property.
・Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be communicated promptly.

2. Rates & Payment

・Accommodation fees are based on the official website or the rate sheet provided at the time of booking.
・Fees must be paid either at the time of reservation or upon check-in.
・Any additional charges incurred must be settled upon check-out.

3. Cancellation Policy

・30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
・14 to 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
・3 to 1 day prior to arrival: 80% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
・On the day of arrival or in the case of a no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
・Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

4. Guest Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

・Guests must comply with the facility guidelines (House Manual).
・Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
・Pets are not allowed.
・Noise and activities that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.
・Damage to displayed items or facilities must be compensated at actual cost.
・Unauthorized entry by non-registered persons is prohibited. Additional charges will apply if such cases are discovered.

5. Compensation for Damages

・If facilities or equipment are damaged or soiled due to a Guest’s intent or negligence, the Guest shall compensate for the actual cost of damages.
・The amount of compensation will be determined by the assessment of the Property.

6. Disclaimer

・The Property assumes no responsibility for damages arising from natural disasters, accidents, adverse weather, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond the Guest’s control.
・The Property shall not be liable for damages incurred by Guests due to equipment malfunctions, and will not provide alternative facilities or refunds.

7. Refusal or Termination of Stay

・If a Guest violates these Terms and Conditions, or if the Property determines that the Guest may hinder its operations, accommodation may be refused and the contract terminated.
・In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

8. Handling of Personal Information

・Personal information provided by Guests will be used solely for reservation and accommodation services, and will be managed appropriately.
・Except as required by law, personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without the Guest’s consent.

9. Jurisdiction

・Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shizuoka District Court as the court of first instance.
